It's roughly 8.3m gold worth of resources to craft 1 level 10 pickaxe, and it's approx 10% chance to be an epic one, while the chance for it to Fail and give nothing is 14%.
1000fg can probably get 25m gold right now, so definitely gotta offer more than that for a 1 in 10 chance just for level 10. Hope you find someone selling though!
