This absolutely, along with the fact that solo dungeons have a 90 sec timer on the door, so go to caerleon buy a good set, pop 6 maps in the city, run to it, wait 90 sec, you are 100% safe then farm farm farm farm. also dont waste learning points at all, till you know why you use them and for what.
