I only just started playing not level 10 yet for the market

I assume I just put shitty item on market for what ever amount I buy vs fg? Or how does it work exactly?

Also is it legal ?

There are several ways. One would be to put up things on the market. there's a fee for that aswell.
Another one is bitcoins. x3 bitcoins can be taken into a raid, and bitcoins jumps between 300-350k roubles, thus leading to approx 1m roubles.

Another one would be that the seller buys things that the buyer needs, such as graphics cards, access cards, keys etc and that leads to the agreed trade

im also new to this game, is it possible to max out a document case with stacks of 500k roubles so each case is worth 8m? and then put 4 document cases in a gamma case to join a raid together, xfer to other gamma case?
or it doesnt work like that

You can only carry a max of 200k into any raid. The easy way of money transfer in raid is with 3 bit coins (again, raid limit)

They make it tough to discourage cheaters and RMT. Sucks that it impacts trading between friends.

I trade roubles ALL the time. It's very easy to do... You do need to reach level 10 though as you already know but here's how I do it:

Obtain FIR items that sell with about a -10% fee for 1m. SSD/Flash drive are the best. Get someone rich that you know or find someone like me that sells roubles and will pay 1m for it (netting you about 800,000 - 850,000 roubles depending on your reputation in game). I charge 15 fg right now for each 1m trade. No need to load into raid either so it's the cleanest and fastest way to trade in this game but it does require you obtain good FIR items. Good luck!
