you're not wrong, other trade sites i use have it at more like 600 per mil now.

Yeah also the problem is the majority of the casual player base that would actually want/need to buy rubles isn't even 10 yet to make use of it on flea so there just isn't much demand short of the odd guy wanting an early sicc or rr.
