Depends on what map you want to money run. Buy a set of keys for that map and 5 mill to buy mid tier gear (e.g. VSS/level 4 armor, ssh helm) for profitable runs.

just buy flat roubles and look up cheap builds tarkov

make sure you use ammo that is good vs tier 5+ armor. you are joining late in the wipe and people are all rocking tier 5 or 6 armor so you wont do shit with bad ammo.
