Didnt think it could. But thought I'd ask

There is no way you can lower the cooldown close to 0 or even 1 sec. Very simple :

Base is 10 sec, if you got 100% cooldown you'll dump to 5 sec.
Highest cdr you can reach is 40% (helmet) + 40% (chest piece) + 40% (pants) + 2 or 3 nodes with 10% (talent tree) = 140-150% total

So even with 140% cooldown, you would be still around ~ 3.5sec before being able to cast it again (BE)

Youll need around 800% cdr to get it to 0.5 sec cooldown. Id like to see that guide or stream or video too pls.

But reading that he was using momentum, made me question it.
