Ive been trying to apply stasis ailment (tracker's reach with arresting claw rune) for the past 30 minutes with no luck. can someone help me solve?

even when u have 100% chance u still need some aether damage and occult ailment chance

are you using blood for blood? you can use the rune which gives you more chance to apply ailments. just cast blood for blood then grip all Monsters around you. that helped me alot
