Stats are whatever you feel comfortable with, I went toughness to 50k health then split between ferocity and wisdom.
Does 187 just fine (as all bleeding edge builds do). Can include a lower block shield with aether jump if you'd rather run the talent that stacks up block chance while you're not being hit (not being used here).
