Meh, every single item of decent value in this game rn is likely duped bro.

Doubt the devs have any gameplan for that all things considered.

Looking at the ilvl,probably that dagger was duped before when you could dupe non stackable items.It is fixed now,no need to look for it.
Only ladder will fix the shitfest now.But they gotta fix a shitload of things before even thinking of making something.
If it was from another type of dupe,all the items would be worthless.

There are still dupe methods, why I am hesitant to buy items from anyone.
