honestly I think the bugged shields aren't working and the flat damage to attacks doesn't work lol

I tried it with some mods on unique items and they didnt work

Hmm, they definitely show up in my stats sheet (belt gives me my 41% mf, shield gives me +20% character sheet damage). I guess it'd be hard for me to prove it wasn't the stats sheet being wrong.

dunno I put on armor that says ES converts to life didnt work

I think shield conversion is just one of the many things that are broken according to google.
