Scarlet Enclave doesn't need any attunements. Level 60 required to enter Scarlet Enclave; there are boost services around world where you level up in 4-7min by afking around Scourge Invasion event.
No ingame mentions of d2jsp. No loot from boss. Payment taken before starting combat and refunded if raid doesn't succeed for some reason.
Raiding group is around 30man, so 10 spots possible.
The first boss is right after entering the Scarlet Enclave, so you can count on in 15min time window from the beginning of raid.
Boost is available until 30.6.2025. Possible raids to attend are 15.6., 22.6. and 29.6.
