This is not true. constant slowing of mobs dies. It can still be done

Can't pally boost because you just stand there and consecrate like a Chad instead of slow?

just buy a 58 boost and then AFK AV for your weapons (they are good until pretty much 70) and then just casually quest for 2 levels, rly not that bad
