Based on what i have seen. Since its not influenced with any mods it really wouldn't be too valuable. The -8 to total mana cost is a good mod but beyond that i don't think the ring has much going for it. Good luck with sale either way

The rings you can find though in standard can be very very good all around. I'm not saying its bad im just saying its value isn't very high in a general setting

Alt/aug/reg until i get at least t1 life and 2 other diserBle high tier mod lesving room for ether suffix or prefix depending what i need to get
