If I get on, I can give you a tabula rasa. Which is best starting armor for all classes. Can be used until you buy an expensive armor piece.


Once you have a tabula, not saying it makes POE Easy at low level/ doing the missions and story line, but it basically makes damage a non issue, assuming you know how to 6 link skills.

The only issue will mostly be survivability, keeping your life or energy shield and resistances high past act5 is imparative.

What skill are you planning on using? It makes a big difference in the type of gear you should use, and also like fagzuu said, tabula rasa is an awesome starter item that will take you all the way to late game mapping, you'll probably be fine to use it until you get a better 6l armor no matter how long it takes

Also highly recommend saving some fg to invest later in the game on endgame upgrades because the leveling process is super easy

If you are starting out, that’s really all you need. Just fill the rest of your gear with resistances, life, and any damage you can.

I wouldn’t spend fg on starting gear, as you will never be able to recoup anywhere close to what you bought it for.

Your best bet is just to power through until you can start doing t1-t5 maps after you complete the story line and farm some uniques, currency, and high level rares until you can afford, either in game or through jsp, an upgrade to tabula and an end game bow

I also recommend to look up builds so you start allocating passive skills correctly and start looking for gear that suits the setup.

Poe isn’t as straightforward as d2 in Terms of skill allocation. Making bad passive choices makes your character inferior and causes you to spend a lot on Orbs of Regret. When you could have saved your currency to buy gear.
