It has max attack and projectile block, 55% spelll block, 12k ES, very nice dmg, clears all content in the game easily. Massive ES Regen and ES recovery, 5% ES recovery on block and es leech, some dodge, with flasks up it's literally unkillable, flasks down still tanky as hell.
If you're interested shoot me a pm, it's probably worth around 150 to 200 ex, 150 being on the very low end.
I've got a 5/20 awakened chaos dmg, level 4 empower, all the goodies. Plus int gem levels neck and wand with good stats etc. Pretty much everything on here was self crafted, the shield alone is worth 40+ ex. The chest is nearly 700 es with +2 mines corruption (sadly not what I wanted). Rings are INSANE with triple ES, resists, chaos damage, etc. I'd say the rings are an easy 20+ ex each. The gloves are 200 es with dual t1 res. It's a VERY nice character
