I managed to catch the last 2 weeks or so of blight, within that time I:
-cleared all elder, uber elder, and shaper guardians with 2 5 links
-cleared shaper, red elder, uber elder,. Uber atziri. With 2 five links
-1-90 in about 2 days, farming tier 14-16 maps easily with little effort.
This build can run any mods(with minor changes for no regen maps)

As stated above, I will add some more details later, rare jewelry/boots/belt/1ring/amulet and helm stats, with them I'm overcapped on resist, good evasion and 5500 health.
