Ilvl 80 lvl 40 required to equip. But none of that matters it's a headhunter..??

It matters for corruption. Some mods have ilvl restructions for example IIQ.

IIQ corruption needs ilvl84 or higher and chances are 1/400.

They go for 120-140 ex in the trade market I have had many 100 ex offers. They still go for the same on standard so I'm not in a rush to sell for 100 ex

But 100ex then try to sell them around 100fg each. That's 10k. Eh I dunno. Ultimately up to you
