I went to trade market and offered one chaos orb for this bow and have no idea how to get it? I met the asking price and sent the offer but nothing's happened..

Do I just have to wait forever or what? Pretty darn new to PoE so I've got not a clue how this works.
Do I need to spend thr 4.99 to use trademarket even though I'm just buying stuff?

It’s not an automatic buy . You have to wait for the person who owns the bow to accept the trade .
Some people leave their consoles on all day even while not playing .
Maybe you can withdraw and try somebody else , or wait it out .
