I'm looking for this as well and tried finding where to get the recipe and apparently its from elreon but wasnt he in a previous league?

Elreon is a part of the Betrayal syndicate now and he occasionally drops veiled rings which you can unveil for the mod and eventually unlock it for craft. It's such a terrible system for consoles cus finding someone who can craft it is nearly impossible.

I looked in the tradeboard and found a few two stone rings with the enchant on it. Shame we dont have chat.
