At the current stage of league this axe cost 20d+. Its 5k fg, ratio you trying to offer 16.7fg per divine. Will be ignored, that you can be sure. We are in week 3 - 250fg / 1div, week 5 between 200 - 150fg. At the end of the league min price for 1 div is 30fg.
Reconsider your needs instead of trying to lowball price here, that wont work.

It that day 1 divine was for 300fg, so you offered 500fg for 9000fg value pack isnt that lowballing?
