I did the live chat, tried calling live support but apparently they dont put you on hold if they are busy just hang up on you.
Live chat asked about my last purchase, they asked for serial number of the console I made the account on what city state I made it in and credit card info

I didnt have the serial number to the ps3 that died on me forever ago
