7 zombies (montegruls makes it 7 instead of 14 but they're very strong, massively tankier and almost double damage plus explodes enemies), animate guardian, holy relic, 3 spectres, 1200+ strength, 6k life (plus 2k es when mistress of sacrifice procs), resists overcapped, using the baron and mon'tegruels grasp for that satisfying explode and massively tanky zombies, 21/20 skitterbots and minion speed, rest of the gems are 20q except the blood magic, lvl 20 hatred, and cwdt (locked at 1). 23q vaal molten shell and fortify on shield charge. Amulet and belt are probably at least 3 ex each minimum. I valued them at 2 each.
This character also has 3 spectres, so your zombies get unlimited frenzy and power charges, go to A7 ashen fields, summon one carnage chieftain and one host chieftain. Plus mervils siren casts vulnerability, get it from a mervil spawn map.
Using four decent brawn's and a rare abyss jewel for onslaught on zombies and a 20% armor boost on bosses (yes it procs when they get kills and they get the onslaught) I have immune to corrupt blood on one brawn.
I'd say roughly 10 ex in gear (low side), 1.5 in jewels (6% strength low int % on all, and corrupted blood on the brawn I have is about 1 ex) about 450c in gems so about 5.5 ex.
I'd sell the whole thing for 15 exalts or fg equivalent, all items are very nicely rolled with very little or zero junk mods, and the shield/both rings/armor/gloves all have a single open mod slot plus a crafted mod on them. (Room to slam, a good ES slam on one of the rings would drive it's value up to about 5 ex for the ring alone.
I have done hundreds of t16 maps with this build, and beaten the atlas bosses with it. The only thing it cant do well is no regen or phys reflect. It can still do them but it's a pain in the ass lol
