This person does not want to buy anything. All his ISO are fake. Just check his post history. He always offers 50% of value in someone's topic. When you agree with his asking price you don't hear from him again. All his posts are tradespam in an attempt to talk trash and lower the marketprice. I already reported him to moderators and they will investigate.

I knew he wouldn't buy it so I PM'ed him and said it's a deal. After 40min he still didn't reply. Then someone post the same offer and I BIN it to see his reaction and suddenly he takes it.
