Im just starting Fallout 3 and want to make a stealth/sniper character.

What should I focus on skill wise and SPECIAL wise?
Where can I find good weapons/armor?

I would try posting in the game consel section. Idk if it's for ps3, I know it's for xbox though. They should be of better help in those sections
