The flux and mutation serums i have them too.
Also, T-65 is untradeable since its gold bullion. Ultracite is tradeable, however, as soon as you change a legendary effect, the pieces will be character bound. I suggest you trade for the PA pieces and mods that you want on each part and just add the legendary mods using mod boxes.
Btw, jetpack and emergency protocols are both on Torso so you’d have to choose only 1 of that mod unless you are looking for legacy jetpack ultracite PA
