I'm currently lvl 27 and have plenty of caps to spend, looking to buy good items in general.
-Weapons
-Armor
-Ammo
-Junk/Scraps/Bundles
-Power Armor


Also if Power Lvling is a service allowed and capable on here, I'd like to do that as well.
