I mean, I have one, but your FG is looking a little light, I want to tell you that the item you are trying to trade for is one of the most expensive items in the game as the mods are highly sought after, and there is no amount of caps they are worth, the item is usually only traded in trades with several other items or rare items of similar rarity.
according to trade logs it is worth equivalent of 2,000,000 Caps about 12,500 FG

I know it's a high value item but I think I'll hold out, not worth 12k investment to me.
