yup pretty much - just to clarify you should list is rather than instant sell it. You lose a lot of the value by selling it instant to opskins rather than list it on the market.

Can u easy take off the market and repost ?

Hypothetical I post for 25$ then if no one buy take off market sell for cheappethings actually move ?

Yes, you can move things around easy everywhere - listings, opskins inventory, wax inventory etc.

It said suggested price so does that mean post on market for that price??

Just search the specific item and check the listings yourself by filtering low>high
