The only way to be gifted this item is if it goes back into the store. Can’t send skins you own as gifts. Just what’s in the store or promo skins that came from codes.

Edit: and from the looks of it the skin was just added to your account and no codes existed.

I assume it will be similar to how the glow skin works... You can gift it or purchase/redeem. If you check the link it's being given away until the 30th.

Last I saw storm.trooper was not a gift able skin.. idk if they changed that though
