1. I wasn't drunk yesterday and I didn't play a single game
2. I go to Log in today and my pw didn't work so I had to change it
3. I log in and my character is changed to John wick with love rangers wings
4. I didn't buy love ranger
5. My last refund was used and I didn't use it
6. He refunded my scoundrel and i'm butthurt i loved that one
7. Some of my chars we unfavortied
8. Idk im confused
9. Can i contact epic and get my scoundrel back?
10. Is there a way to two-factor authentication my acct?

Someone linked their ps4 acct to my epic acct, i also hear there was a huge breech in a website giving up many epic games emails and pws, If you care about your account I would highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication hopefully that nerd can't link his acct to mine anymore :/

yeah actually epic games might help you under the circumstances to get that skin back, but idk

Finally got a response from my hacked account. Took about 3 weeks. They said there is an overwhelming number of people who are experiencing the issue. I recommend two factor. They’ll do a flush log out, making everyone logged onto the account get kicked, and then make you reset your password.

i have my account back and everything but they won't refund the love ranger or give me my scoundrel back so it's like f u epic only reason my account was hacked was because their serves were breached

Yup. Trash security.
