Saw many ISO topics out here about precise skins
It has to be in the shop ingame to be gifted right?
Or is there a way to give skins that you own?

You can only gift the ones that are in the shop.
Lots of them stay in the shop for couple days.
Thats why people are able to ask for precise skins.
