Not sure how this works, but I have tons of skins dating back to the dark night (season 1 or 2). I don’t play anymore so I’m trying to sell my skins.

You can't trade in fortnite, you can only buy new skins as gifts.

You can buy them with v-bucks as a "gift" from the item shop to send to another player on your friends list.

That's the only way to give someone a skin.

Skins* already on your account cannot be sold, traded, or transferred
