I didn't start making fg until a month or 2 in. And I think I was too greedy, I should have sunk it into boosts for those couple months. Find a guild that is fairly high level and active.
Most importantly: STICK WITH ONE THING.
Pick a TS or battler and don't switch.
Throw stuff at your scraptowns housing and workshop first.
Make sure you have enough res to keep your encampment building, especially overnight.
Invest in auto-invasion and dungeon/quest queue asap.
Don't worry about leveling dungeon stuff for a couple months.
Scrap ALL your unused equipment. I don't think it's worth listing on market.
Hope this helps :) just what was on the top of my head while on the shitter lol
i wouldn't suggest a new player to highly invest in encampment at first
try to get maybe 3-4 levels into you "good" building and just one level from the other one
that's enough to get a few soldiers/suppliers and get some invasion points from deployments
but i think the invasion shop just isn't that big of a deal (especially early on) that it's worth to invest 250 rho into auto-deployment
thos 250 are way better spent on other things like quest boost
same goes for dungeons queue - if you don't upgrade the dungeon tools anyway... why bother with the hassle of paying 100rho for queue
without any drop boosts you won't be able to sustain ingots anyway
quests queue is the only thing i'd say can help, easpecially if a new player joins a guild and therefore probably has more actions than he needs for one quest
