All private dupes are considered unperm.
Some people like to say history gives perm but all private dupes are poofy and unperm unless you have the original ID (which I assume can't be the case, but who knows)

No. At this stage of the game, there is unperm and perm.

All dupes are unperm. If you say you got 5x btal, that is 5x unperm unless you have vouching jsp nerdstorians.
Not sure why you would sell now that the game is dead unless you need quick fg for another game.

Or you wait until someone bites for 15K. Btal is extremly rare these days so you might get your chance

Well, it's not up to me when they're sold or why he waited this long. And I don't think either of us are expecting 15k... Just something reasonable I guess. It's up to him really.
