may be lvl 25 but for lld people would rather use kite shield (lower reqs and no frw penalty). Can't see anyone using it really but it is interesting

it would be awesome for low lvl duelling... ive got lvl 30 req rare 4/30 javs that would prolly go quite nicely with these
