its a good combo of stats for any sin v sin setups (ghost v ghost, hybrid v ghost, hybrid v hybrid)
Little low on the AR side and generally you want 22+ poison resist so you only need to use 1x 20/11 psn SC to reach 75 psn. Anything less than 22 poison resist means you gotta swap out an additional 3/20/20 for a 20/11 poison SC, thus resulting in 3max/20ar less.
idk market prices very well anymore, particularly on mid-grade items such as this.
In terms of other uses, you could use this on smiter that uses charge/teleport or on a tele zealer. outside of that, it would be a niche swap for a bvc vs. a ww sin as well. But you are running into the issues with low ar and low psn resist that will make either of these builds have to swap out 3/20/20s for additional resist SCs that were described in more depth above.
