if it gets 2 sockets maybe 25-100 fgs ( based on market)

only really good for a rhyme shield ( for hitting Max Block if your not a pure mb build)

its 2 sockets for white items ( depend on where it was found in game... im 99% sure that will get 2 sockets)... then blue "magic" items get a gamble for 1-2... Gold "Rare" items are always 1 socket as well as tan "unique" & Green "Sets"
