also, there were many threads over the years about those jewels. About it being bugged on helms, shields and armor. (on weapons, idk.)
So, what they say is, the ehn. damage will work only on the max damage part, not the min in this case....There are exceptions.
Anyway, its just a warning for those who might not be fully aware of that.: google it deeply lol.
Some say that was fixed in patch 1.10 and also that it was bugged on barbs only. So, i really dont know.
