Can't you drop CR on your scs? Unless you currently get 0CR from scs in your vs cold setup, this should be an option. Seems a lot easier and cheaper than trying to get exactly 31cr from a ring.
I suppose I could go that route, however I'm currently running with 449 Cr, as mentioned my current ring is Fcr/str/life/mana/30Cr Sloop, was hoping I may find one similar with 31 Cr.
