that doesnt matter really

if some1 is stupid enough to give such item in hands of wellknown scammer then its completely his fault to lose it.

over 50% of top items are scammed back in time but the important thing is if they are in hands of scammers or multi users or in the community

value of these items is extremely based on rareness and usefulness of the item.

so the fact that this sword is one of a kind means that the seller can set any price he decides.
