As I am new here I have not a clue how much FG a rune is worth.
I cannot even begin to bid on items as I either insult the seller or I rip myself off by overestimating.

Is there a list I can check what the going rate is for a certain rune?

Take for example a gul rune.

I any of you could point me in the right direction maybe?

The way it works now:
If game goes more dead, less ppl play = prices are going up

it takes some time to adapt from ingame rarity/value to jsp value

you can use the search function to look for bids on your desired item

GUL 1-2 FG probably

there is no such thing atm as price list, u just have to learn prices basicly do price checks ask others etc for start

if u need some basic stuff for start i can help u with that lmk
