First bid starts a 24-hour countdown.
A higher bid resets the current countdown.
Offer must be divisible by 5.
When time runs out the highest offer wins.
There is no BIN, but I can cut the bidding short whenever.

Cutting this short. If there is no higher offer prior to 2200CET solomaf wins. If there is a higher offer solomaf will be given a chance to bid again.
