I've snagged the last two best Naga Eth Self-Rep, for level 30 Char.
Your sword is a nice drop, but in terms of utility, it's incomparable to the Nagas, both in speed and stats.
Yes, the damage is great, but the requirements and slowness penalize it greatly.
I think someone addicted to particular items could even buy it, but it will be difficult since the LLD scenario is practically nonexistent (aside from two or three other players).
You'll have to make a Char for yourself or hope for a sick collector.
