try not to get ragebaited by Graywind, he's trolling for years now, refusing to take advise and learn

always makes PC's and then trolls you with rethorical questions about your opinion

You are referring without context to a non-paladin Zeal option due to the oskill on this weapon.

The only interesting thing on your Scepter is the fact that zeal as oskill lvl 7 needs a minimum item level of 96, which would be super rare war scepter drops but can be easily shopped.

The fact that the "jeweler's" prefix is high value on some items does not contribute to your item at all.

Your PC has been correctly identified as charsi Food buit you refuse to accept that and by asking me rethorical questions you are 100% trolling!!!

graywind could have actually pointed out that you could increase zeal speed with ias jewels/shael's in the sockets, but as i sayd no Discussion just rethorical questions always.

For the ones that are really interested:

Yes it is a niche option for non-paladin zeal.

With mechanic's prefix you can make a 3sox version with 3 Shael's that is actually level 25 req. ( 7/8/8/8/13 instead of 7/8/8/8/12 on 4sox War Scepter with 4 shael, other bases may vary, this is for Sorc )

edit : nearly grand scepter and holy water sprinkler would be a viable base for this but war scepter and divine scepter are 20 ias faster :)
