sure, if they give all the people that purchased that game their money back, they can gladly close the server

why would they close the server now, 3 years after d2r released ?

would have been much smarter to close the server weeks later or before the game released

Same as they dont give back money to this player they deleted all his accounts. And many ppl before him and many ppl after him.

they arent responsible for ingame items, as you cant purchase anything from blizzard directly (afaik)

he still has access to the game

also: i dont think this has anything to do with the crash days, ago, havent heard about anyone else with this problem
has more to do with deleting chars that have expired or so, dont know

They werent and arent responsible for anything friend.
Important is that you bought the game.
But the bugged old product they still sell they dont care about.
Same as they will not care when it become Single play and Open bnet like D1.

You know what made me think to crash days? The fact that before that crash days,i had Two Mules with crafting materials that expired because those were full and didnt used much.It has 2 ore 3 days șince expired . They had random names and unable to be taken by others. Those Mules where deleted from my account right after internet crush days.


I personaly never play non ladder and everything i collect in ladder over the ears were sitting there. Even full characters that were just builded and never enjoyed them . Along with many rare things . Well , at least îs just a game . Enjoy the moment.

Yes characters are not deleted even expired if you dont take theyre names. This happened to another guy too you are not the only one there are for sure many.
