This is Rabies/Fury/Feral Rage Druid build. You just hold right-click down all the way and switch between Rabies/Fury/Feral Rage via short-cut, so the play style is quite laid-back.
Cows are the most fun place with this build.
One bite with Rabies and all cows nearby are infected. You can wait for them to die or Fury/Feral Rage them.
I've been running cows and chaos with him a lot.
