Yes, I've been moving to East and built MF chars there already.

Now let me tell you how to use this set in case you have no idea how to use this set.
First of all, you don't kill anything. Never.
Just go into Chaos run, follow bots but keep 2 screens away from them, find corpses and FIND ITEM. That's it.
Don't be too close to bots, otherwise they will grab popped items b4 you grab them.
My barb hasn't killed anything after like lvl 65 and just find item but now lvl 88.
