You should go farm low runes or pgems to sell
Not much people looking high runes
40x el rune = about 10-15 fg
40x el - eld - tir - Nef to dol = about 10-15 fg
40x ruby or amethyst or sapp or skull = about 10 - 15 fg
40x jewels = about 5-10 fg

I had a friend he selling low runes and low gems to me
He make about 30 to 40 fg per day

And ber = 3-5 fg each
Jah = 5-7 fg each

You can so easy to make fg at jsp
