yes it does. Just because they teleport more often doesnt mean that they dont need the frw....

then pnb necros, ele druids, sins, or any char that uses teleport often dont benefit from the frw? since you said only sorc dont benefit from it?

frw helps to evade attacks which is absolutely crucial for a sorc who doesnt rely on defense as much as a zealer for example.

i believe frw is a stat on circs that is highly sought out for and these frw circs seem to be priced higher than those dual statted circs.
