you cant sell accounts or characters but im pretty sure you can gift the account/character.
thats usually how i "sell" characters.
haven't received a warn for that yet.

you are also allowed to do lvl services. So i would think something liek this would work buy my gear and I will pay you 1fg to try to lvl my character to lvl 99 in the next year.
